Sauteed Peas, Radishes, and Greens
1 T butter
peas; hulled
radishes; scrubbed, trimmed, and quartered
green onions (white and pale green portion only); 2 inch lengths
salt and pepper
garlic (optional)
Heat butter in pan, add peas and cook 3-4 mintues, stirring frequently. Add radishes, green onions, (and garlic if you'd like), season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Serve hot.
